Salam Steel Concast Re-Rolling Mills Ltd. (SCRM), one of the leading manufacturers of MS rebar and sectional items in Bangladesh, is looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Manager / Sr. Engineer – Business Development for different locations in Bangladesh.
The selected candidates will play a vital role in expanding brand presence, converting projects, and building long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Lead Business Development initiatives to promote the company’s products and strengthen brand image.
Build and manage a high-performing Business Development team and dealer network to achieve organizational targets.
Conduct regular visits to new and ongoing projects, ensuring continuous engagement and conversion opportunities.
Visit new end-users and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Engage with consultants, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to secure project specifications and technical approvals.
Provide technical support and guidance to projects, ensuring product integration and client confidence.
Organize and conduct mason programs, workshops, and technical events to enhance product knowledge and engagement.
Drive market surveys and research activities to identify business opportunities and potential clients.
Convert sales from competitor brands to Salam Steel & SCRM products through effective follow-up and technical persuasion.
Monitor competitors’ activities, analyze market trends, and provide timely strategic inputs to management.
Plan, execute, and supervise all activities of the Business Development department to achieve set objectives.
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
