Job Context:
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Lead and supervise SHR fact finding team, formation of investigation team and finalize investigation report, present reports in the SHRC forums for taking disciplinary actions and take part in investigation activities upholding organizational objectives.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Supervise and follow up SHR investigation team
∎ Inform complainants about their complaint and initiation of fact-finding after approved by Head of SHRC and communicate with the complainant to present at the place of occurrence during fact finding.
∎ Inform alleged person about the complaints for his/her self-defense and to present during investigation
∎ Distribution of complaints according to merits and form an appropriate fact finding team according to accusations for each investigation.
∎ Ensure planning for investigations and check overall preparation of investigation team before investigation.
∎ Informing and coordination with respective programme before investigation for their necessary cooperation and allocation of Pool members for engaging them in investigation.
∎ Edit and review all investigation reports along with evidences to ensure quality and submit to Head of Investigation & Grievance for final review.
∎ Ensure submission of all Investigation reports to Head of SHRC along with the necessary comments within stipulated time.
∎ Coordinate and assist Sr. Manager SHR for arranging SHRC Forum and prepare concern fact finding team to present report at SHRC forum.
∎ Coordinate with HR and respective programmes for hearing at Ombudsperson's Office .
∎ Arrange training, refreshers and facilitate orientation session for capacity and skill development of SHR team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in relevant field
∎ Report writing
∎ Case study/story writing
∎ Communication Skill in Bangla and English
∎ Computer literacy in MS office and Excel
∎ Power point presentation
∎ Investigation, Inquiry, Fact finding

Salary: Negotiable
