∎ Should have knowledge on Internet browsing, E-mail corresponding and MS office programs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sewing production schedules based on order requirements.
∎ Monitor sewing lines to ensure target output, quality standards, and efficiency are achieved.
∎ Coordinate with the cutting, finishing, and quality control departments to ensure smooth production flow.
∎ Monitor line efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement productivity improvement initiatives (e.g., line balancing, method improvement)
∎ Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and minimize defects.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely delivery through strong production follow-up.
∎ Prepare and design layout of man, machine, and materials based on order to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
∎ Analyze and develop plans for improving workflow, space, and labor utilization and design equipment layout.
∎ Assist to ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability and follow-up floors for effectively planning implementation.
∎ Capacity to maintain safety, social & environmental compliance in production floor to ensure zero NC.
∎ Assist to conducting the capacity study, time study, and method study in each and every size wise production.
∎ Responsible for order-wise input/output record.
∎ Analyze the critical processes and ensure process standardization.
∎ Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) by performance evaluation and ensuring corrective action.
∎ Ensure training & motivate workers to achieve the target without compromising quality.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time, as deemed necessary.
