∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in screen printing operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
∎ Strong knowledge of screen-printing techniques, equipment, and production processes.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate team.
∎ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
∎ Skill in excel and design and production software will be added advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to setup a new screen-printing unit
∎ Plan, organize, and manage daily screen-printing jobs.
∎ Ensure quality and adhere to chemical safety standards including ZDHC, GOTS, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD.
∎ Monitor workflow to ensure optimal utilization of resources and minimal downtime.
∎ Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure machines are operating effectively.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Manage inventory of inks, screens, chemicals, and other printing supplies.
∎ Supervise and coordinate the activities of screen-printing staff.
∎ Train and develop team members to improve skills and productivity.
∎ Any other task provided by management time to time
∎ We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to setup, lead and oversee our daily screen-printing unit independently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency. This role plays a key part in achieving production goals, maintaining equipment and materials, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
