∎ Tertiary, degree in related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop flow plan and pricing strategy that supports category positioning.
∎ Forecast profits and sales using computer programs
∎ Generate various business analysis (weekly, monthly and seasonally)
∎ Prepare pre cost sheet of each product, review Production Tech pack, identify the new materials, clarify the discrepancy and arrange missing colour standards for each key account as per the requirement.
∎ Sell the products into all accounts/new accounts, as appropriate.
∎ Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with suppliers; price fixing, capacity (style/day) negotiation, delivery lead time according to PP feedback and resolving product or service problems promptly.
∎ Create/ update finish material, pricing, customer info record, sales order, sales contract and forecast order, in SAP and FR.
∎ Create BOM (SD & PP) with the applicable method.
∎ Execute merchandising standards and objectives at specific accounts.
∎ Maintain an accurate record of all transactions using SAP and FR.
∎ Monitor competition by gathering information on other products, prices, positioning, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, point of sale promotion materials.
∎ Maintain regular communication with PP ,MM and commercial and ensures an effective partnership.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development plans
∎ Ensure that safety, quality, maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the superior.

∎ Knowledge on garment production process.
∎ Knowledge on FAST React system/SAP.
∎ Up to date knowledge on related equipment/machineries.
∎ Communication & Collaboration, Planning & Organizing, Adaptability.
