∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, NGO, Micro-Credit, Banks, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take all decision regarding collection and recovery related issues in the respective area as per company’s policies.
∎ Ensure daily time based work plan, summery report, tour plan, weekly sales recovery forecast
∎ Assist supervisor to identify loopholes and weaknesses in Credit Sales Department
∎ Ensure necessary arrangement for various Inspection & verification of customers and check the forms and formats accurately
∎ Prepare Credit Sales reports on a regular basis, as desired by the supervisor
∎ Assist supervisor in suggesting about any crisis, and / or any critical matter
∎ Maintain liaison with the Installment customers time to time as and when required and report to supervisor any problems of Sales
∎ Maintain close communication with customer for various line functions
∎ Find out and inform supervisor for further scope for operational cost minimization
∎ Reconcile the Credit Sales position with Accounts Dept. each and every month within the next 5 days of ending month
∎ Ensure the collection of monthly installment
∎ Take necessary steps for insurance documents collection, disbursement and other Insurance related works
∎ Take necessary steps for settling Insurance Claim, Survey and other related works in time
∎ Coordinates with Sales Administration Section for taking necessary steps for Reinsurance of the Trucks and issue/renewal of necessary documents of the sold vehicles
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to supervisor time to time
∎ Prepare monthly action plan within first week for nest month and submit to supervisor
∎ Keep respective dealers up-to-date about the collection status of their area and forward defaulter list to dealers by 1st week of the month
∎ Regularly update model competitors’ price comparison supervision and their Marketing activities.
∎ Train and educate junior colleagues under supervision and build them up as managers.
∎ Arrange substitute to work in absence of subordinates.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 Years' Relevant Experience.
∎ Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Both in English & Bengali.
∎ Advanced Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Web-Browsing.
∎ Should Be Proactive, Good Communicator, Self-Starter and Be Able to Work in a Team Environment. Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Should have good physical fitness and passion for sales job.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Driving motorcycle will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidates must have the ability to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable
