∎ Expertise in overseeing fitting sessions, pattern adjustments, and virtual fit approvals.
∎ Experience in facilitating style handover meetings with suppliers.
∎ Ability to evaluate samples and provide feedback to vendors.
∎ Proficiency in managing sample logistics with sourcing teams and suppliers.
∎ Leadership experience in addressing technical challenges with cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong communication skills for conveying technical specifications to vendors.
∎ Professional experience in maintaining quality control standards.
∎ Previous experience working with international buyers such as Lidl, Takko, Norma, Sussan, Aeon, Mango, BZB, LOLALIZA, GEMO, PULL&BEAR, KIABI, ZARA, Camïeu, Galleries Lafayette, Primark, Walmart, Dunnes, A.E.O, and Khol’s.
∎ Ability to understand and meet the fit and design expectations of these renowned buyers.
