∎ Job description: The ideal candidate will be capable of creating effective marketing strategies and he/she should be capable of promoting sell individually & independently with a specific order at least one in a month. Additionally, this candidate should have a good understanding of the goals of various sales people and ultimately operate as a reliable and trusted business partner.
∎ Employment Type: Full-time (Contractual)
∎ Job Functions: Sales & Marketing (Lift & Escalator)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence
∎ Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns
∎ Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sales target: Minimum one (1) order should be confirmed in a calendar month.
∎ Experience in door to door marketing or related field
∎ Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
∎ Proficient in English (speaking, writing and understanding)
∎ Microsoft Office, Excel, Photoshop etc.

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic salary will be Tk: 20,000/- (fixed) + Conveyance, TA, DA & other expenses will be Tk: 5,000/- Total Tk: 25,000/- per month plus 2% sales commission when the target is achieved which will become Tk: 60,000 to 2, 50,000/- or more. Purchase order should be confirmed individually and independently.
