Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is Manager/ Senior Manager for Merchandising (Woven) and the incumbent is responsible for Fabric Marketing.
∎ Costing and confirmation of price, placement of orders, etc of all Woven product.
∎ Must have very good knowledge of garments (Woven).
∎ Must have understanding of fabric terms (Particularly Woven fabrics).
∎ Should have merchandising knowledge on Woven.
∎ Assignment of jobs and monitoring the activities (team members, if any).
∎ Coordination with factory operation and Quality team.
∎ Act as the highest ranking employee in the marketing department.
∎ Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics and other information that affects marketing strategies.
∎ Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy and promotional activities.
∎ Maintain the department's budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost effective.
∎ Work with other company officers to establish budgets and marketing objectives.
∎ Monitor marketing and sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
∎ Liaison with brand/ retailer offices locally & overseas both.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Very good communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bangla.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
