Experience:
Develop and execute strategic branding and marketing communication plans to enhance the Company’s market image and customer loyalty.
Plan and execute impactful CSR initiatives, sponsorships and corporate events to elevate the company’s goodwill and reinforce a positive public image.
Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners and media representatives.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and media partners for branding, public relations and promotional collaborations.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to design integrated campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s value and project offerings.
Plan, organize and supervise promotional activities, events and client engagement programs to enhance brand visibility and customer trust.
Manage brand consistency across all marketing channels — print, electronic, outdoor and online platforms.
Develop and negotiate Corporate MOUs with organizations and corporate partners to support bulk sales and strategic collaborations.
Work on generating corporate leads from various sources including partnerships, events, digital platforms, and industry networks.
Support Corporate Sales with brand materials, pitch decks, communication assets and marketing collaterals.
Ability to lead performance-driven digital initiatives across social and online platforms, analyze campaign data (GA, Meta Business Suite etc.) and ensure maximum ROI and quality lead generation.
Prepare activity reports, performance updates and campaign ROI analysis for management.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Branding, Marketing Communication, Corporate Marketing or similar roles.
Must have 5–6 years of proven experience as a Digital Strategist with strong command over planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Practical working knowledge of SEO & SEM, including Google Ads, keyword strategy, on-page optimization, performance tracking and campaign optimization.
Experience in real estate marketing will be considered an added advantage.
Strong expertise in branding, corporate communication, digital strategy and lead generation.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills—especially for handling Corporate MoUs and partnership development.
Strong relationship-building skills with clients, corporate partners, media and vendors.
Ability to plan and execute events, CSR activities, sponsorships and promotional campaigns.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM usage, digital tools and marketing analytics platforms.
