∎ Will be reporting to Branch Banking Division

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic analysis & business planning of business (Retail, SME & Wholesale Banking).
∎ Comprehensive market research and analysis to help the business channels.
∎ Plan business structure based on market demand and segmentation.
∎ Financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and tracking operational metrics.
∎ Work closely with Group Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting.
∎ Preparing Branch & Sub-Branch financial performance for regular management review.
∎ Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Define, update, and execute the branch, sub-branch multi-year business roadmap.
∎ Increasing productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
∎ Guidance of cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
∎ Identify and drive, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
∎ Suggesting & developing disruptive innovative solutions and process improvements for transactional, payment, and lending needs of the Retail & Small business segment with a customer-centric mindset.
∎ Collaboration in the Product development process with internal stakeholders: sales, communication, credit, legal, finance, compliance, operations.
∎ Implementation of an analysis framework to track and manage product performance.
∎ Drive prioritized backlogs based on consistent feedback analysis to continuously enhance the customer experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Prior experience in analytics is needed. Any academic or professional degree, training & certification will be preferred.
∎
∎ Candidates with banking experience will be preferred.
