Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master degree in any discipline from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works with the plant's legal representatives and department leaders, to protect the plant's employees, facilities and assets.
∎ Manages overall facility security operations in the role of a Section Head, acting as a facilitator for the fulfillment of company objectives.
∎ Creates procedures for the identification of people, the approval of limited areas, the security of private information, and the avoidance of foreseeable loss elements.
∎ Coordinates company's security program and policies that balance tactical goals, resource efficiency, and application.
∎ Maintains a routine field visits to ensure that best safety practices for quality management parameters are maintained at all levels of operation at all time.
∎ Protects highly confidential business information and create tools to help with administrative tasks related to personnel security.
∎ Develops awareness through contextual analysis and participatory risk assessment (for both hazards and threats) to assist in making decisions about security and related operations.
∎ Creates an organizational structure and technology in an effort to safeguard assets to meet the needs of the business.
∎ Ensures a safe workplace and corporate compliance, investigates irregularities; fixes them, and offers internal or external security measures for specific activities.
∎ Increases staff capability by defining essential concerns, providing training, and providing strong technical leadership for the organization's safety and security.
∎ Integrates electronic systems like alarms, access control, CCTV, etc. with physical security to create a comprehensive surveillance system.
∎ Maintains adequate staffing levels in the Security Section ensuring fair and equitable treatment.
∎ Develops and maintains good working relationships with various members of the local business community (different government organizations i.e. Police, Fire, etc., and different stakeholders).
∎ Serves as the main coordinator/ Point of Contact (POC) of the company for internal and external community building, disaster recovery, conflict resolution, social regulatory issues, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Individuals having certifications of SRMP, PSP, CPP, CISSP, and NEBOSH will be preferred.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills and command in both Bengali and English.
∎ Ex-Military Personnel are preferred.
∎ Computer literacy, Fire and Safety system.
