Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking initiative to establish short and long term sales goals of the company, in collaboration with other departments, set sells profit growth market share and other goals.
∎ Taking active part in selecting new products to increase company’s sales volume as well as profit and image.
∎ Reviewing and approving sales policies, strategies and pricing policies (as long as they have the direct or indirect impact on sales goal) of all product to ensure that short term operation is in accord with long term profitability.
∎ Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
∎ Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
∎ Collaborates with management in establishing, recommending and achieving the most realistic monthly sales goals for the company.
∎ Making arrangements for developments of detailed sales programs design to improve competitive positions, reduce selling and other distributions expenses and reached established sales goals.
∎ Manages sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
∎ Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with management.
∎ Manages personnel and build up a strong sales team which will be able to meet the objectives as per management’s requirement.
∎ Reviews progress of sales and take necessary action to achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
∎ Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company products every month.
∎ Provides monthly results assessments of sales staff productivity.
∎ Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures and take necessary approval from management.
∎ Collaborates with management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
∎ Collaborates with management to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
∎ Holds regular visiting of territory & meeting with sales staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.
∎ Demonstrated ability to achieve sales target.
∎ Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and train team members.
∎ Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills.
∎ Solid understanding of healthcare and regulatory requirements and issues.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office, MS Excel, Power point presentation, E-mail, Internet browsing etc.
∎ Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management.
∎ Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
∎ A solid understanding of market, trends, technologies and products.
∎ Ability to travel anywhere within the country.
