∎ Tri-Zone is a Fire Protection Engineering system integrator & service providing company provides Fire detection, protection, and integrated security systems solution across Industries, Bank, commercial building& power sector.
∎ In line with the strategy to enrich its workforce, Tri-zone is looking for enthusiastic professionals to be valued with the above position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 to 7 years in the relevant Sales & Marketing field (HVAC Equipment).
∎ Ability to deal with Architects, consultants and Project Owners in order to get their HVAC project.
∎ Responsible for developing relationship between the company and its clients.
∎ Identify and develop ongoing and upcoming opportunities.
∎ Ability to build long lasting relationship with clients and enhance customer satisfaction through better understanding of their specific requirements
∎ Ability to track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual objectives.
∎ Coordinate daily customer service operations.
∎ Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
∎ Ability to create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenue, expense and completion.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the company when deemed necessary related with sales & marketing.
∎ Skilled negotiator
∎ Strong communication ability both in Bangla & English.
∎ Ability to work as a team player.
∎ Quick learning capability.
∎ Effective working ability
∎ Ability to plan strategically in order to ensure participation.
∎ Sound and practical knowledge on computer.
∎ Chanel wise negotiation skill
∎ Ability to work within pressure
