Job Responsibilities:
∎ Revenue generation through Vehicle's sales & allied business
∎ Building Sales enablers, Rural, finance, exchange,
∎ Developing digital eco system
∎ Stake holders' managements: Distributers, DCM, Plant, Vendors
∎ Managing and overviewing business financials of OEM & Channel Partners and Distributers
∎ Liaising with local technician after sales supports (Spares & Services)
∎ Establishing channel & Rural Reach
∎ Manpower adequacy & Capability building enhance productivity
∎ Standardized sales process implementations DMS & SAP
∎ Customer journey transformations in Presales & Post Sales to enhance SSI
∎ Pricing and budgeting
∎ Products Marketing through ATL & BTL and strategizing Brand building
∎ Developing Sales ecosystem through Local Mechanics for Sales of SCVs
∎ Developing Innovative Scheme to motivate channel and Sales Team
∎ Tie up with financers for Incremental sales
∎ Team management, coaching and walk the talk- Hand hold and coach

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ The applicant should have relevant experience in
∎ Automobile Sales, Channel Development, Strategy Implementation, Rural Strategy, Strategic Planning & Implementation, Channel Finance, Customer Experience
∎ The applicant should have experience in following business area(s)
∎ Automobiles (PV, CV & SCV)
∎ Preferred experience in Personal & Commercial range of vehicles
∎ Communication skills, MS office
∎ Willing to travel
∎ Product knowledge
