Job Context:
∎ • Be capable of target base Real Estate Product sale.
∎ • Candidates should be dynamic and presentable in attitude and attire.
∎ • Smart in negotiation and presentation.
∎ • Have to honour Sales profession from heart.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
∎ • Preparing daily sales & collection target and achievement report.
∎ • Prepared daily client & meeting report.
∎ • Prepare performance report for each sales person.
∎ • Communicate with Head of the department with update information's.
∎ • Overall follow up all sales related activities.
∎ • Maintaining all sales file, Booking money collection.
∎ • Communication with corporate level of different reputed Organizations/Clients and keeping the relationship.
∎ • Monitoring the overall sales & marketing activities and developing the business.
∎ • Making daily/weekly sales reports and Quarterly Board Meeting report slice presentation.
∎ • Helping the senior to keep departmental administration in order and lead the team.
∎ • Other duties as assigned by the management.

∎ Age 29 to 39 years
