Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving the Order, Delivery and Collection target of the Showroom and its concerns.
∎ Prepare and provide all financial report to the management.
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill for ensuring the accurate accounting transaction.
∎ Distributing sales targets among the sales executives.
∎ Monitoring Showroom Retail & Corporate Sales.
∎ Daily basis customer visit for building relationship to meet the target and achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Responsible for meeting/exceeding sales target for the sales depot.
∎ Daily basis monitor collection against sales.
∎ Ensure everyone at the depot is following the standard processes and practices.
∎ Maintain strict inventory control at the sales depot.
∎ Maintain & develop dealers and continue appropriate relationship with them for the sake of company's interest.
∎ Responsible for Key Customer Accounts, set up Sales structure, team development, management, and establishing ofsystems and processes.
∎ Achieve monthly target assigned by management.
∎ Responsible for achieving the monthly, weekly & yearly sales target.
∎ Develop a relationship with corporate & retail clients.
∎ Grooming & training showroom sales team members.
∎ Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers.
∎ Assist superior in planning retail and corporate businesses.
∎ Deliver product Knowledge to relevant customer.
∎ The incumbent should be self -driven, hard working & willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ To create new market, and select dealer every city and district, clients.
∎ To maintain relation with dealers/ retailers, end users, engineers, Architecture,
∎ contractors etc.
∎ Handle account payable/receivable process.
∎ Monitor sales and financial performance to ensure the sales team is meeting or exceeding target for sales plan and sales efficiency metrics.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Consistently look for opportunities for improving performance of the Showroom and suggesting ways of improvement.
∎ Ensure everyone at the showroom is following the standard processes and practices.
∎ Maintain strict inventory control at the sales depot & Showroom.
∎ Ensure maintenance of company assets in good condition.
∎ Maintain good relationship with key customers in the market.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with relevant local officials.
∎ Troubleshoot issues arising on day-to-day basis.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ Solid analytical abilities, good presentation and convincing skills.
