∎ Experience Requirements: At least 5 years (Experience must be from Electrical industry & LED light and Switch-Socket Sales)
∎ Good Computer literacy is required in MS Office Packages.
∎ Must be sincere, dedicated, and target oriented.
∎ Organizational & time management skills.
∎ Must be pleasant & good team player.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ The incumbent should be self-driven & hardworking.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To monitor & coordinate the activities of TSM/SO & Distributors
∎ To Implement the Company Objectives in the market
∎ To ensure realization of 100% receivables/credit related to primary sales.
∎ Planning & Split monthly sales targets Volume & Value wise for individual TSM/SO's and Distributor.
∎ To Create New Distributor as per company required plan & Increase Market coverage.
∎ To approve tour plan of TSM's and SO's.
∎ To identify and solve market related problems.
∎ To motivate the Sales Forces for achieving 100% target.
∎ To Train the Sales Forces regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
∎ To ensure distribution performance considering the investment, Sales target achievement
∎ To visit the assigned market to cheek & increase outlet coverage and Product placement.
∎ Sales administrative activities in collaboration with Sales Administration.
∎ To monitor the competitor's activities, proposing and assisting the management in formulating newer and unique type of trade/gift offers.
