Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To achieve the monthly primary & secondary sales target value & volume of defined territory.
∎ To monitoring the activities of sales officers & distributors.
∎ Prepare & keep updated party-list & route plan of assigned territory as per the demarcated area.
∎ Ensure product availability in all DB points according to all SKUs in the product line.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of companies all sales relate policies in field level.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of companies all sales relate policies in market level.
∎ Prepare & submit different types of report as & when required by the management.
∎ Ensure proper usage of all promotional elements provided by the company.
∎ To train the Sales Officers for improving their products knowledge & professional skills.
∎ Implements the merchandising activities & ensure route wise retail market coverage by sales officers.
∎ Develop and maintain strong business relations with distributors, retailers & team members to achieve the organizational goals.
∎ To ensure 100% realization of the receivables/credit of primary sales on time.
