Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and strategies for trims and packaging products.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote trims and packaging products.
∎ Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
∎ Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
∎ Train and develop the sales team, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and customer engagement.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets, objectives, and strategies for garments and accessories.
∎ Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and formulate sales plans.
∎ Prepare regular reports detailing sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and market analysis for presentation to senior management.
