Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets, objectives, and strategies for garments accessories.
∎ Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and formulate sales plans.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to expand the company's customer base.
∎ Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
∎ Gather customer feedback and market insights to provide input on the development and enhancement of garments accessories.
∎ Work closely with the design and product teams to introduce new products that cater to market needs and trends.
∎ Prepare regular reports detailing sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and market analysis for presentation to senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
∎ Proven experience (5 years) in sales and marketing within the garments accessories industry.
∎ Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to derive insights and make informed decisions.
∎ Experience with digital marketing platforms and strategies.
∎ Leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.
∎ Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
∎ Familiarity with garment accessory production processes and materials is beneficial.
