∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Position 1: **PRODUCTION COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITY**
∎ Collaborate with various teams to create and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely and efficient execution of manufacturing processes.
∎ Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively propose solutions to ensure on-time delivery of products.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to manage raw material procurement, and inventory levels, and ensure the availability of resources for production.
∎ Position 2: *IT RESPONSIBILITY**
∎ Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of software applications that enhance operational processes.
∎ Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliance.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ Position 3: *CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY**
∎ Responsible for communicating with customers from time to time over email/Phone.
∎ Attend all customer complaints according to company procedures and service standers.
∎ Handle all relevant customer issues concerning slow payment/disputes to improve DSO (Day sales outstanding).
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
∎ Management can place MTO candidates in any department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
∎ Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
∎ Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and production processes.
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
