∎ Master’s in any discipline (Preferred Engineering).

∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Practical experience on date coding machine sales & service.
∎ Experience on motor cycle riding must with valid driving license.
∎ Proven experience on ink jet printing or laser marking, packing & filling machinery.
∎ Ability to work independently as team leader.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Making plan for individuals and team to achieve the sales target.
∎ Monitoring market activities.
∎ Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
∎ Responsible for supervision and monitoring of the team activities. Provide market intelligence to support business for strategic planning.
∎ Manage relationships with existing client and ensure service quality & standards·
∎ Able to make decisions. He must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals.
∎ In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ To formulate product wise marketing and promotional plan in order to increase demand and sales volume.
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly marketing and sales plan.
∎ To prepare market visit/route plan of sales team and closely monitor their activities.
∎ To ensure proper reporting system for the entire field force through which management remains informed about the field activities·
∎ To keep close contact with the field forces, encourage them to work with utmost sincerity, honesty and dedication, ensure disbursement of their incentives as per management declaration without delay.
∎ To visit the market physically in regular basis.
∎ To closely monitor products of competitors and take necessary measures in consultation with Management.
