Experience:
Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.
Experience working on government solar pumping project is preferable.
Must have experience in tender drop in EGP platform.
Experience in solar energy, rural development, or agricultural sector sales.
Knowledge of government policies, incentives, and regulations related to solar energy and renewable technologies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Solid understanding of solar pumping systems and their applications in rural/agricultural settings.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
Job Overview:
Brand Marrow Communications is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager for our Solar Pumping Project. This role is key in driving our solar pumping solutions to the market, managing sales activities, and building brand awareness in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate must have a passion for renewable energy and a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for solar pumping systems, targeting agricultural, industrial, and rural sectors.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, track market trends, and monitor competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, agricultural businesses, and local distributors.
Design and implement marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and advertisements to enhance Brand Marrow Communications position in the solar pumping industry.
Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring the value proposition of solar pumping solutions is effectively communicated.
Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth coordination from sales to installation and post-sale service.
Regularly track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Oversee customer support activities to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Lead and mentor a team of junior sales and marketing professionals, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to succeed.
