Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to hire & manage a sales team to achieve the company’s target
∎ Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
∎ Selling all residential & commercial plots of Relic Properties Ltd
∎ Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right Target Group
∎ Meeting with prospective clients and promoting projects
∎ Searching prospects and generating leads
∎ Contacting potential and existing customers over the phone
∎ Handle every customer efficiently as a consultant and achieve sales target
∎ Prepare effective sales plans within the set budget, targets, and deadlines
∎ Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement
∎ Collect the required documents from the prospective customer & update them regularly
∎ Prepare daily & monthly sales reports & provide feedback to the Supervisor on a regular basis
∎ Maintain good relationships with clients
∎ Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
