∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Must have experience in selling plots in Housing sector, Direct Selling/Marketing Service
∎ Candidates from experience on plot selling Background will get preference
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Selling all residential & commercial plots in Housing projects.
∎ Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right Target Group
∎ Find prospective clients by field visit and online search
∎ Meeting prospective clients and promote projects
∎ Contacting potential and existing customers over phone
∎ Maintain liaison with the clients & follow up on regular basis
∎ Handle every customer efficiently as a consultant and achieve sales target
∎ Prepare effective sales plan within the set budget, targets and deadlines
∎ Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement
∎ Collect the required documents from the prospective customer & update regularly
∎ Prepare daily & monthly sales report & provide feedback to Superior on regular basis
∎ Maintain good relationship with clients
∎ Looking for new customer by lead generation
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target on monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly according to marketing plan
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
