∎ The Company is looking for a Manager - Sales & Marketing who will lead all the Sales & Marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and approach potential corporate customers through various means of communications.
∎ Result oriented, always striving for greater goal.
∎ Understand customer needs, buying process clearly and completely. Generate/collect inquiries from the customer.
∎ Achieve assigned sales target through effective sales promotion and development, and create new business opportunities.
∎ Continuous and relevant field visit for customer sourcing, attending sales call and promotional activities.
∎ Customer relationship development.
∎ Visit corporate houses & create new client group.
∎ Daily sales reporting to supervisor.
∎ Achieve target as per sales plan of the company.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales.
∎ Excellent negotiation, problem solving and analytical skill.
∎ Report to higher management the day-to-day operation on regular intervals.
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong leadership abilities, good communication and social skills, strong analytical skills and multi - tasking ability.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
