∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Candidates must have knowledge of working at an optical fiber company's sales department and don't need to apply without working experience in the same field.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To lead and monitor down the level personnel.
∎ To adopt policies to increase the sales through field forces, sale centers, traders, corporate/ customers etc.
∎ To formulate product wise marketing and promotional plan in order to increase demand and sales volume.
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly marketing and sales plan.
∎ To prepare market visit/route plan of sales team and closely monitor their activities.
∎ To ensure proper reporting system for the entire teams through which management remains informed about the field activities
∎ To keep close contact with the team, encourage them to work with utmost sincerity, honesty and dedication
∎ To visit the market and sales centers physically in regular basis.
∎ To closely monitor products of competitors and take necessary measures in consultation with Head of Marketing.
∎ To give daily report to Head of Marketing as per sector regarding all key activities.
∎ For corporate sector must have knowledge for corporate sales marketing with high end customers regarding similar products.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the authority.
