∎ Should have Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Distribution Business)
∎ Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Both in English & Bengali
∎ Advanced Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Web-Browsing

∎ Leadership quality to monitor line manager strictly
∎ Prepare Monthly / quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly sales & collection plan/ budget for the region.
∎ Follow up with clients and visits.
∎ Responsible for achieving individual's monthly/yearly sales KPI target.
∎ To motivate & train up the sales personnel to achieve the goal of the organization.
∎ To manage sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for the Sales team's activities.
∎ Arranging market development programs to boost up relations and sales.
