∎ Bkash sales distribution monitoring & following up the manager
∎ Visit agent & retail point & maintaining regularly.
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
∎ Expected to be monthly target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ Able to smoothly monitor sales Team.
