We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven **Manager – Sales & Marketing** to lead our cosmetics business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing innovative marketing strategies, expanding distribution channels, and strengthening brand presence in the highly competitive cosmetics market.

### Job Responsibilities

#Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth.

#Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure target achievement.

#Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution networks across Bangladesh.

#Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key business partners.

#Develop branding, promotional campaigns, and product positioning strategies.

#Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to formulate effective business strategies.

#Plan and execute new product launches and promotional activities.

#Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses.

#Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability.

#Manage marketing budgets and maximize the return on promotional investments.

#Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for the sales force.

#Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of brand reputation.

#Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business objectives.
