∎ Department: Marketing (Property Development)
∎ A sales / marketing manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. The sales and marketing manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company`s operations goals.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation.
∎ Achieving sales target.
∎ Overseeing marketing campaigns.
∎ Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
∎ Persists in sales even in the face of failure
∎ Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
∎ Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
∎ Answers questions from clients
∎ Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other salespeople through various resources.
∎ Research client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
∎ Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
∎ Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
∎ Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement.
∎ Identify and establish areas of training/weaknesses to strengthen skills and service criteria’s of the sales/Marketing team.
∎ Lead and monitor the execution of the sales /Marketing team.
∎ Any other task as per requirement throughout line manger assign.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, and development property/land.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Experienced with the same industry will be prioritized.
∎ Having extra ordinary qualities, strong & proactive aptitude with good knowledge & experience in sales and marketing in real estate.
∎ Good personality, well behaved, smart.
∎ Candidate with good professional, efficiency will be given preference.
∎ Professional experience in real estate sector.
∎ Making the needs of patrons the top priority and working to make their interaction with your company pleasant.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
