Experience:
Masters / MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
PGDHRM / LL.B will be an advantage.
Min 10 years of related experiences with proven track record.

Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Familiarity with HR software.
Should have sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law-2006.

Job Context:
We are looking for a human resources (HR) manager to continue this tradition. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR with a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Deal with the recruitment process, leave management, attendance monitoring, salary, and wages fixation, pay slips, performance appraisal & organizational development.
Ensure that the grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended and initiated as per the law of the land.
Monitor daily attendance and ensure proper maintenance/update leave records.
Check bill vouchers, bonus sheets and check deduction, holiday allowance, and overtime/extra allowance sheets to ensure on-time payment of the employees.
Monitor renewal of license.
Implement and follow up the core HR practices under company policy to ensure professional HR.
Ensure proper discipline and code of conduct of the organization
Monitor administrative, Transport & overall logistics issues as per company policy.
Others as per Company Policy
