Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to General Manager - Sales & Dev.
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
∎ Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
∎ Servicing the needs of your existing customers
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
∎ Fulfill sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
∎ Developing sales strategies and setting targets
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors
∎ To map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
∎ Should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.
∎ Build up sale knowledge management to be up-to-date and always satisfy with customer's need
∎ Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports received from your market.
∎ Other new jobs assigned by Management.
