∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in DVM or Animal Husbandry with 5 to 6 years' experience in the same field
∎ Masters in any discipline with 10 years' experience in the same field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Animal Health Company

Job Context:
∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of Marketing, Sales & Customer Services as well as business profitability.
∎ Supervise the field, monitoring Sales & collection, and ensure maximum turnover against Sales & Collection.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Poultry, Dairy &Cattle, Pet medicine Sales, Marketing & Technical Support.
∎ To formulate marketing strategies in alignment with Company's strategic directions to meet its corporate goal.
∎ To contribute to maximize market share through robust and streamlined marketing campaigns.
∎ To supervise a team and to develop their competency to perform jobs as well as projects.
∎ To ensure necessary communications with internal and external stakeholders• To track team performance and guide them to be successful in each assignment;
∎ Effective business relationships with all dealers, retailers, farmers and develop and maintain relationships.
∎ Planning sales targets for individual Field Officer, Dealers, and Distributors of your team.
∎ An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
∎ An ability to work independently and as a team.
∎ Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
∎ Ability to move throughout the country for sales promotion.
∎ Any other job assign by management.
