Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth across our restaurant and party center operations. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, expanding the client base, and maximizing event and dining revenue.
A strong focus on business development, marketing, and brand promotion is essential to keep Green Garden competitive and profitable.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation & Sales Target Achievement
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth from both restaurant services and party/event bookings.
Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and annual sales and visibility targets in alignment with business goals.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities including:
Online service and table bookings
Corporate and private event management
Customized food and catering programs
Event-based promotions and institutional partnerships
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Proactively generate and follow up on leads for weddings, birthdays, corporate seminars, and other private events.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both individual and corporate clients.
Respond promptly to inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Collaborate with operations, kitchen, and event teams to ensure continuous service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Promotion
Design and manage result-oriented marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
Enhance Green Garden’s brand visibility and reputation across both online and offline channels.
Develop seasonal promotions, loyalty programs, special offers, and event packages to attract and retain customers.
Stay updated with competitor marketing strategies and market trends to maintain competitive positioning.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Communication
Manage and grow Green Garden’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and sponsored posts to promote offers, events, and engagement.
Respond to customer comments, queries, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize influencer and community engagement strategies to increase brand reach.
Oversee updates and performance of the official website to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and user-friendly functionality.
Reporting, Collaboration & Strategic Input
Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports with insights and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate closely with chefs, operations, and event teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business capabilities and service standards.
Recommend pricing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement activities based on analytics and customer behavior trends.
