Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company revenue targets and occupancy goals.
∎ Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objective.
∎ Handle direct sales for high value properties including flats commercial spaces, shops and Land.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Brokers, Channel partners and Corporate buyers.
∎ Conduct market research to stay informed of competitor activities pricing trends and customer preference.
∎ Work Closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, promotions and lead generations strategies.
∎ Prepare Sales forecasts, reports and clients proposals for management review.
∎ Organize and attend property expo’s, client meetings and site visits.
∎ Ensure all customer interactions are professionally managed from inquiry to post sales support.
∎ Monitor team performance and provide training, coaching and performance evaluations.
