Experience:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company revenue targets and occupancy goals.
Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objective.
Handle direct sales for high value properties including flats commercial spaces, shops and Land.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Brokers, Channel partners and Corporate buyers.
Conduct market research to stay informed of competitor activities pricing trends and customer preference.
Work Closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, promotions and lead generations strategies.
Prepare Sales forecasts, reports and clients proposals for management review.
Organize and attend property expo’s, client meetings and site visits.
Ensure all customer interactions are professionally managed from inquiry to post sales support.
Monitor team performance and provide training, coaching and performance evaluations.
