∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Corporate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform sales & marketing activities of Building Materials (Tiles & Sanitary ware) to obtain orders from different contractors, builders, group of companies & customers and have adequate knowledge about Tiles Marketing.
∎ To meet company sales target for both individual & team performances.
∎ To expert at direct sales operation towards customers.
∎ To capable of communication skill with Govt & Non Govt Institution, Contractors, Builders and corporate clients.
∎ Preparing sales information, analysis and reports to meet deadlines.
∎ To follow up progress of sales team.
∎ Must have ability to monitor development of delivery.
∎ Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and achieve sales target.
∎ Provide post sales service to the existing customers and also need to organize promotional initiatives for attracting the customers.
∎ Need to have knowledge of competitor activities with sales, collection credit and new product entry.
∎ Responsible for implementing Market Coverage, Sales forecasts & Achievement strategies.
∎ Developing and establishing new Customers, market areas.
∎ Maintaining accurate records.
∎ Negotiating contracts and packages.
∎ Aiming to achieve weekly, monthly or annual targets.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with the Building Materials item sales & Marketing, Preferable for Tiles, Sanitary ware, Paints, Cement etc.

Salary: Negotiable
