Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and prepare the strategies, policies and implement those to increase sales
∎ Prepare yearly sales target and BTL budget
∎ Prepare product placement plan to achieve yearly target
∎ Set individual sales target for the sales team
∎ Supervise and support the sales team to achieve the targets
∎ Track the sales target and do the necessary adjustment to achieve the target
∎ Gather market intelligence of competitors, products, competitors' sales policies, and drive action accordingly to win over the competitors
∎ Identify the sales of new territory and expand the market
∎ Support the distribution team for new distributor selection process
∎ Plan and organize market research from time to time for new product development
∎ Generate reports and present to the management and team
∎ Communicate and Coordinate vertically and horizontally in the organization
∎ Communicate and coordinate with external organizations and foreign companies
∎ Conduct yearly performance appraisal of sales team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
∎ Excellent sales and negotiation skills
∎ Excellent skills, both verbal and written
∎ Excellent leading capability and interpersonal skill
∎ Strong computer literacy skills.
