∎ Minimum Graduation.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular meet with targeted customers along with team members
∎ Responsible is to motivate their agents to close sales
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
∎ Prepare presentation with the help of superior and present to government agencies & private organizations on requirement basis
∎ Prepare technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates for individual projects / orders
∎ Drive team for the achievement & meet the monthly / quarterly and yearly given targets
∎ Prepare reports and submit to superior on weekly basis
∎ Maintain relationship with different Govt. / Non Govt. stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be well groomed
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Computer Literate
