Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview: The Manager, Sales (Head of Department) is the strategic leader responsible for driving all revenue-generating activities at Leadswin Limited. This role demands exceptional leadership, market insight, and execution excellence to ensure the achievement of annual sales goals, team growth, and expansion into new markets. The position holder will be the primary architect of the sales department, building a high-performance culture aligned with Leadswin’s vision and mission while fostering long-term customer and industry partnerships.

Reports To: Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Goal Achievement

  • Own and deliver the company’s annual revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for all company platforms (eduman, EduCare, ValuePlus, SkillDeal, PROSPER, Barakah).
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze sales performance, and make timely course corrections.

Strategic Planning & Market Growth

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Lead the design and execution of product packaging and pricing strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Initiate and manage collaborative industry partnerships for mutual growth.

Team Leadership & People Development

  • Build, lead, and inspire multiple sales teams across different products and regions.
  • Recruit top sales talent through strategic talent hunting initiatives.
  • Drive talent retention by fostering a motivating and rewarding work environment.
  • Coach and mentor team members for skill development, performance improvement, and career growth.

Change & Crisis Management

  • Lead change initiatives to align sales strategies with evolving market demands.
  • Manage crises effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to sales operations.
  • Implement innovative sales processes and technology for enhanced efficiency.

Culture & Values

  • Act as a role model, fostering Leadswin’s values, ethics, and high-performance culture.
