Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Diploma/ Degree in Sales/ Marketing/ logistics (Preferred)
∎ Skills Required: Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
International/ Export Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales targets and growth.
∎ Responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction.
∎ Participation for identifying corporate sales planning and strategies.
∎ Able to understand contractual rights & liabilities w.r.t. customers & vendors.
∎ Identify and enlarge target Customer Base with their on-going business volumes.
∎ Sourcing market intelligence and information of customer's business.
∎ Good relationship with leading CHA, Freight Forwarders, Shipping lines and customers.
∎ Good Understanding of CHA, Freight forwarder and shipping lines working.
∎ Good Knowledge about sailing schedules and transit times of shipping lines for various
∎ destinations.
∎ Regular follow-ups and Meeting with prospective customers followed by weekly report
∎ preparation and submission.
∎ To co-ordinate with Shipping Lines for developing new business.
∎ Promote service offerings to customers and prospects.
∎ Tracking the movement of goods.
∎ Understanding of Logistics requirements of customer and plan effective solutions for them.
∎ Manage the freight forwarders and vendors to increase the rail cargo volume.
∎ To ensure accurate invoicing and reconciliation for timely payment realization.
∎ To constantly interface with operations so as to optimize the turnaround time & increase
∎ Revenue.
∎ Deal with and overcome objections raised by customers.
∎ Preparation and submission of proposals to customers.
∎ Prepare and conduct corporate presentations and sales meeting.
∎ Respond and follow-up on customers' inquiries and requests.
∎ Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of EXIM policies and custom regulations.
∎ Good Knowledge about Export - Import business its Logistics and operations.
∎ Work experience with Shipping Line, Freight Forwarding and CHA (Customs House
∎ Agents) etc. is must.
∎ Good knowledge about International logistics.
∎ Good presentation and communication skills.
∎ Commercially astute
∎ Customer-focused
∎ Self-starter who can work independently or within a team
∎ Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanour
