Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and team coordination



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives in both import and export freight forwarding (air, sea, and cross-border).

  • Identify new business opportunities, onboard new customers, and expand relationships with existing clients.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and other key partners.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and potential business threats/opportunities.

  • Drive and manage key account management and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and client satisfaction.

  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales performance reports and forecasts to management.

  • Plan and organize customer engagement programs, trade events, and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility.

  • Maintain strong communication and coordination with overseas offices and agents to facilitate global business development.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while executing all sales operations.
