Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare sales proposal for deal closing.
∎ Provide assistance to the sales team in preparing note sheet & proposals.
∎ Make sure invoices are updating regularly & ensure booking payment.
∎ Prepare incentives bills & ensure payment.
∎ Update installments in ERP.
∎ Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and relevant documentation.
∎ Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for effective reporting and analysis.
∎ Monitor product inventory levels and coordinate with the construction team to ensure products are available.
∎ Generate regular sales reports, performance report, and sales forecasts.
∎ Summarize data for management review and strategic decision-making.
∎ Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, CR and finance, to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain organized records of sales activities, contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents.
∎ Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions as needed.
∎ Provide training and guidance to new sales team members on sales processes, software tools, and company policies.
