Job Context

The position requires an experienced Business Development Manager who will contribute to the business and revenue growth. The individual will be responsible for supervising the Business development/sales team who will perform a target-based job. Therefore, the candidate should have a thorough knowledge of the business development, sales processes along with innovative ideas for business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for marketing and selling of Modern Trade, Retail, Corporate and other relevant Sector (Imported various branded food, non-food item).
  • Maintain a high level of situational awareness regarding market trends, customer requirements and our product/company niche.
  • The candidate will be responsible of achieving monthly and annual sales targets through his business development team as planned by the company's management.
  • Inspire and motivate the teams to get own job done properly
  • The Ideal candidate should be a proven leader and a team manager with excellent written and oral communication, planning and time management skills.
  • The incumbent will be responsible to lead the marketing team of the Company. The candidate will assume overall responsibility for a team of business development and marketing operations for business growth.
  • Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information and planning for next course of actions.
  • Develop and implement the strategies to grow organizations business.
  • Prepare necessary reports, metrics and periodic business reviews for the management.
  • To take a challenge yearly turns over to increased sale and market Promotion.
  • Develop and implement the strategies to grow organizations business.
  • Regular market visits to capture competition information to plan ahead of the competitions
  • Generate monthly report capturing competition sales & activities and prepare counter strategy
  • Analyze the impact of all sorts of marketing/digital marketing/activities and assess the impact to take future measures.
  • Must have self-motivation in taking challenge and hardworking mentality
