Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
∎ Identify target markets and segments and develop strategies to penetrate and expand the customer base.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, attending trade shows, and building relationships with potential customers.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and consultants.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
∎ Oversee the sales process from lead generation to project completion.
∎ Coordinate with the engineering and design teams to ensure accurate and timely project quotations.
∎ Review and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
∎ Monitor sales activities, track sales metrics, and generate reports on sales performance.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
∎ Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and concerns.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
∎ Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Proven experience as a Manager (Sales) in the pre-engineered steel building industry or a similar construction-related field.
∎ Strong knowledge of the pre-engineered steel building market, products, and industry trends.
∎ Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office application, Excel & CRM software and sales analytics tools.
∎ Ability to travel as required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and visit project sites.
