Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve retail sales targets.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the lifestyle and footwear brands.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail customers.
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing & merchandising team to develop promotional campaigns.
∎ Stay informed about new products and services within industry.
∎ Follow up and coordinate with other departments related to sales orders.
∎ Monitor daily sales performance and regularly report to management on sales activities and performance.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Generate leads for new customers and onboard new sales areas/outlets.
∎ Meet individual sales targets to contribute to monthly and yearly team targets.
∎ Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
∎ Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
∎ Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
