Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly identify customer needs and trends and recommend gap product lines fulfilling by conducting market research and analysis.
∎ Design appealing merchandise displays in order to attract visitors to the store and impact overall business by visual merchandising strategy.
∎ Direct and supervise retail staff across designated retail outlets to ensure they meet sales target and customer service objectives.
∎ Actively recruit and build a strong sales team in the retail shop level.
∎ Provide training to retail employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance.
∎ Ensure compliance at all levels in the retail experience with company policies and procedures.
∎ Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales.
∎ Improvise visual merchandising guidelines.
∎ Carry out weekly inventory analysis for each store and generate delivery, replenishment and transfer order of various styles to ensure proper inventory levels in all retail outlets.
∎ Ensure the right stock and styles are delivered to the retail outlets on time by coordinating with the distribution center staff and other team member.
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedure to minimize costs of retail operation and minimize inventory loss.
∎ Carry out various checks and audits on a regular basis to check and stop pilferage and irregular illegal activities.
∎ Handle and effectively solve all various day to day retail shop operation matters to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Develop and implement various sales promotion and marketing campaigns to achieve seasonal and annual sales target.
∎ Identify locations for new outlet, negotiate rent and propose agreement for signing in the area.
