∎ Experience in footwear retailing companies will be given preference.
∎ Good communicative skills in both English & Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Merchandising managers are analytical professionals who specialize in sourcing, managing, and curating a company's products and promotional material.
∎ Duties fulfilled by merchandising managers include overseeing the buying process, forecasting inventory demands and trends, and negotiating with suppliers.
∎ Must negotiate with suppliers & ensure proper costing for order confirmation.
∎ Prepare product breakdown, assortment statement, required analysis of raw materials and arrange sourcing of it.
∎ Provide advice on design and sample to meet customer's requirements when needed.
∎ Build and maintain a strong team of merchandisers.· Monitor and report on order follow up from sampling till shipment.
∎ Able to handle several numbers of orders/styles at a time independently.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned time and action on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Must have the ability to maintain deadline for both samples & production.
∎ Must possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of leather products, synthetic/ sports shoes, fabrics, accessories etc.
∎ Day to day follow-up & report to Management.
∎ Make the critical path & TNA according to garment delivery & follow-up the TNA/Critical path daily basis.
∎ All types of merchandising work.
∎ Ensure cost reduction.
∎ Any others related task assigned by the Management.
